HomeStudy License updated again.

We found out that we had to get our Home study license updated again notarized and apostiled. He had to go to Frankfort this morning to get apostiled. Now we have to do a cover letter too. Frankfort is about 1:45 minutes from where we live. Then he had to drive to work. Has to go back next week to do the cover letter too. Maybe after this we should hear something from Ukraine.
